Property Owner Responsibilities

Maintenance Requests
Tenants must submit maintenance requests through our online tenant portal. Emergency maintenance issues should be reported immediately. We strive to address all maintenance requests promptly, with emergency issues receiving priority attention.
Payments and Fees
All rent payments must be made according to the terms specified in your lease agreement. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your lease. We accept various payment methods through our tenant portal.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the relevant agreement. Tenants must provide proper notice as required by their lease agreement. Property owners must comply with the terms of the management agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Down Home Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
